Heat the closed cup in a hot water bath for about 10 minutes, do not heat too much. Remove the lid and stir the mixture well. If necessary, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of warm water for easier processing. The chocolate glaze is ready to use for covering cakes (average 22 cm), pastries, etc.
Before melting in the microwave (25-30 sec. at 600W), remove the foil lid!
