QimiQ Classic Vanilla is ideal for savoury and sweet cold cooking, such as: spreads, dips, dressings, firm fillings, firm cake fillings, terrines or mayonnaise without egg.

How do I use QimiQ Classic?

1. Cut open the entire pack.
2. Stir the unrefrigerated QimiQ Classic until smooth.
3. Add the desired ingredients.

QimiQ Classic is firm in the pack and must be stirred until smooth before use.
