Description
The unique formulation of Ca-D3-Stada UNO film-coated tablets is optimally adapted to the special requirements of calcium-vitamin D deficiency - the recommended amounts are contained in just one tablet daily. The composition of Ca-D3-Stada UNO film-coated tablets is in line with the latest recommendations for higher dosage in vitamin D administration. Ca-D3-Stada UNO film-coated tablets are particularly easy to swallow and do not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. The film-coated tablets are ideal for travelling, as they are small and easy to carry, and there is no need for time-consuming dissolving in water or chewing. In order to improve the absorption of calcium in people with low stomach acid production (e.g. when taking certain stomach protection preparations (so-called proton pump inhibitors) or after stomach operations), Ca-D3-STADA UNO contains calcium citrate in addition to calcium carbonate. Ca-D3-Stada UNO film-coated tablets are sugar-, lactose- and gluten-free.
Application
1 film-coated tablet daily. The tablets are usually swallowed whole with a glass of water, but they can also be divided if necessary.
