Mamma Emma Potato - Gnocchi with Beetroot 400g
Potato gnocchi made from fresh steamed potatoes and beetroot.
The preparation of these potato gnocchi with beetroot is particularly simple and quick. Pour 100 ml water and your favourite sauce (e.g. Gorgonzola sauce, pesto, sage butter) into the pan, add the potato gnocchi and stir well for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add some grated Parmigiano and the potato gnocchi are now ready to serve.
