Potato gnocchi made from fresh steamed potatoes with ricotta and spinach.

The preparation of these potato gnocchi with ricotta and spinach is particularly simple and quick. Pour 100 ml water and your favourite sauce (e.g. tomato sauce, Gorgonzola sauce, pesto, butter) into the pan, add the potato gnocchi and stir well for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add some grated Parmigiano and the potato gnocchi are now ready to serve.
