Growing area: Northeastern ItalyVinification: PRODUCTIONWhole grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must is placed in a temperature-controlled tank after an initial racking, where it remains until it is used to produce the sparkling wine. FOAM FORMATIONThe must is placed in containers where the fermentation process occurs at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Once the required alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. After a short settling period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling. Soil type: Wine-growing areas in northeastern Italy with deep soils and medium texture. Origin: ITALYSensory characteristics:Color: Very pale straw yellow with fine, delicate bubbles.
