Deli Dip Falafel
Falafel are made from the basic ingredients chickpeas, onion and wheat flour and refined with coriander and parsley, cumin, cardamom and pepper. Of course, we also adhere to this traditional recipe. The decisive difference that makes our falafel stand out lies in the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the production.
Use: In the Middle Eastern tradition, falafel are served with hummus, tahini and salad in pita bread, but even simply dipped in some tahini, they make a delicious and vitamin-rich snack.
Preparation recommendation:
Remove the falafel from the packaging while still frozen and either heat in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes at 180°C or fry in a deep fryer at approx. 180°C for 3 minutes.
Storage temperature:
Store refrigerated at -18°C.
Storage in the refrigerator (2°-6°C): 1 day
Do not refreeze after thawing!
