Sauvignon Blanc Ehrenhausen 2022 13% ALk.
The vineyards are located exclusively in the municipality where the winery is situated and are intended to reflect the minerality and origin of this location. Ehrenhausen is characterized by calcareous soils and the climatic influence of the Alps-Adriatic region.
The Sauvignon Blanc combines mineral notes with typical varietal characteristics.
18 months of lees aging in large wooden barrels gives this wine a special drinking pleasure.

The Weingut Trummer is a relatively young winery.
Jürgen Trummer represents the third generation on the farm. At the age of 21, he took over responsibility for the vines, the harvest, the grapes and the development of the wines - completely. Why so early? Because especially in viticulture, the impetuosity of the younger generation must be fully exploited. Nature quickly shows its limits anyway.
In 2022, Jürgen Trummer was awarded Newcomer of the Year by Guide Gault Millau.
