Dr. Oetker Pietro Pizzi Margherita 1er
Pietro Pizzi Steinofen Pizza Margherita convinces with a characteristically crispy-thin yeast dough base, prepared according to Italian tradition, richly topped with tomatoes and fine mozzarella and rounded off with oregano.
Preparation recommendation:
1. Keep frozen until preparation. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: 220°C, hot air 200°C, gas: 5-6.
TIP: The best baking result is achieved with top/bottom heat.
2. During the heating phase of the oven, let the pizza thaw at room temperature without foil.
3. Place the pizza on a wire rack and bake on the middle shelf at top/bottom heat for 10-12 minutes (hot air: 11 minutes).
4. Make sure that the product is completely heated through before consumption. You can enjoy your Pietro Pizzi Margherita as soon as the cheese has melted.

In January 1891, the company founder Dr. August Oetker fulfilled a lifelong dream by acquiring the Aschoff pharmacy in Bielefeld. With Backin, a ready-to-use baking powder, Dr. August Oetker laid the foundation for their product history in 1893.
