Composition: Potatoes 71%, cream cheese 13%, sunflower oil 6%, potato starch, salt, cream, dextrose, milk protein, modified starch, herbs, spices.

Preparation instructions:

Preheat the hot-air oven: to 180 °C. Spread the frozen Rösti pockets in 1 layer on the baking tray and bake for approx. 16 - 18 minutes until golden brown.

Preheat oven top and bottom heat: to 200 °C and bake for approx. 17 - 19 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through the baking time! Our tip: We recommend using baking paper!

Pan: Put some fat in a (coated) pan and fry the thawed* hash browns on both sides over a low to medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 minutes each until golden brown. Our tip: Dab off excess fat with some kitchen paper.

*Our recommendation for defrosting: In the microwave: 2 pieces approx. 1 minute at 800 watts, for each additional piece an additional 1/2 minute. At room temperature: allow to thaw for approx. 1 hour.

Fryer: Preheat the deep fat fryer to 170 - 175 °C. Deep-fry the thawed* Rösti pockets for approx. 2 - 4 minutes until golden brown. Our tip: Dab off excess fat with some kitchen paper. Our recommendation for defrosting: In the microwave: 2 pieces approx. 1 minute at 800 watts, for each additional piece an additional 1/2 minute. At room temperature: allow to thaw for approx. 1 hour.

Grill: The 11 hash browns are ideal for grilling. The preparation is to be adapted to the respective grill.

Recommendation: Cook the frozen product until golden brown according to the preparation instructions. Do not brown the product too much. For smaller quantities, reduce the preparation time accordingly.

Storage conditions: store at least -18°C.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
