MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel follows the principle of moist wound healing when it comes to modern wound care. The risk of scarring is also reduced by MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel.

Application
MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel is a lipogel for the external treatment of acute wounds (e.g. abrasions, cuts, scratches, and bite wounds*, as well as lacerations and tears) and 1st and 2nd degree burns (blistering) as well as sunburn.
* For bite wounds, a doctor must strictly be consulted for initial treatment due to the high risk of infection
How is it used?
MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel is suitable for every phase of wound healing – until completely healed. In the first few days, application can be repeated several times a day. Important: Always wash your hands before and after treating a wound.
Application of MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel:
Before applying MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel, the wound should initially be cleaned of dirt particles to reduce the risk of infection and create optimal conditions for undisturbed wound healing. MediGel® Wound Cleansing Spray is suitable for this purpose. This optimally prepares the wound for further treatment with MediGel® Wound and Healing Gel.
