Note

What can I do if the thermometer shows different temperatures in both ears of the same person?

In some people, different values are measured in the left and right ear. To track temperature changes, always measure a person's temperature in the same ear. Please note that the ear and forehead thermometer must have been in the room where the measurement is taken for at least 30 minutes prior to use.

In which situations is the use of the thermometer not recommended?

Measurement must not be carried out in an ear affected by inflammatory diseases (e.g. discharge of pus or secretions), after potential ear injuries (e.g. eardrum damage), or during the healing phase after surgical procedures. In all these cases, please consult your doctor.
