Application
For acute UTIs: Days 1-3: dissolve and drink 1 sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200ml) daily in the morning and evening. From day 4 until symptoms have completely subsided, take 1 sachet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime. For recurrent UTIs: Take 1 sachet daily before bedtime for a longer period. Can be prepared as a hot or cold drink.
