The Hansaplast Corn Plaster is an 8-piece pharmacy product designed to immediately relieve pain from pressure and friction caused by corns. Its integrated foam ring instantly frees the affected area from pressure, while the salicylic acid in the center softens hardened skin. After just 4 days, the corn can be easily removed in a warm soap or saline bath, offering an effective and convenient solution for corn removal.
Description
Application
Thoroughly clean and dry the affected area with soap and water. Apply the plaster by placing the opening of the foam ring directly over the corn. After 2 days, the plaster should be renewed; after 4 days, the softened corn can be removed in a warm soap or saline bath. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated. One plaster contains 0.04 g of salicylic acid. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to salicylic acid, salicylates, rubber, or on damaged or diseased skin. Do not use if you have diabetes or circulatory problems. Not suitable for use in children. In case of impaired kidney function, use only after consulting a doctor. The plaster must not come into contact with mucous membranes; in particular, contact with the eyes should be avoided. Salicylic acid can increase the permeability of the skin to other topically applied medicines. Local skin irritations (burning or redness) rarely occur. In individual cases, allergic skin reactions may occur. Without medical advice, multiple plasters should not be used simultaneously over a longer period. Store dry and not above 25ºC. For external use only. This product is intended for single use only; please use a new plaster for each application to ensure the described effect.
