Description
The astringent effect of the tannins from oak bark strengthens the skin and mucous membranes and relieves itching. It can be used for the supportive cosmetic care of hemorrhoids and as a sitz bath in the diaper area for infants. As a foot bath, it helps against excessive perspiration.
Application
Dosage: Sitz and partial bath 2-3 tablespoons per application Bathing time / temperature
approx. 15 minutes / approx. 35°C
Local: Dab 1 teaspoon of extract onto a cotton ball soaked in water and dab the affected area
Never use undiluted for local use.
