About the Producer
The fruit and vegetable wholesaler Wiegert was founded in the 1960s. The Viennese family business in the 22nd district has almost 120 employees and delivers 30 tons of salads, vegetables, fruits, salad bowls and juices daily to food retailers, system catering, wholesalers and distributors. In addition to the production facility, Wiegert has a second location at the wholesale vegetable market in the 23rd district. Wiegert primarily sources raw materials from Austria from trustworthy farmers and gardeners of the best quality. Today, the Wiegert company's assortment includes over 300 types of fruit and vegetables, which are offered fresh daily.
