Klaus Bahlsen invented our Messino pastry after he traveled to the Italian city of Messina. The airy cocoa pastry of our Messino Cranberry is coated with a cranberry filling and covered with fine dark chocolate.
Bahlsen is a 4th generation family business. And many more are to follow. The TET symbol stands for this. Hermann Bahlsen discovered it on a trip to Egypt. It is a hieroglyph showing a rising sun and a snake. Its meaning: "everlasting". Our goal.
