Magnesium-Diasporal^® Pro DEPOT Schneller Einschlafen* is a combination of high-dose magnesium, melatonin, L-tryptophan and vitamins B₂ and B₆. The patented** 2-phase tablet has an immediate and long-term release: In the immediate phase, magnesium and 1 mg of melatonin are released quickly; in the long-term phase, magnesium and an additional 0.5 mg of melatonin are released with a time delay.

Application

Take 1 tablet once daily approx. 30-60 min before bedtime.

After taking, plan for at least 6 hours of sleep to start the day refreshed and awake.

May have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
