1. WHAT ARE CANDIBENE 100 mg VAGINAL TABLETS AND WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
The effectiveness of Candibene 100 mg vaginal tablets is directed against practically all pathogens that can cause fungal infections of the vagina. Furthermore, it is effective against some bacteria and certain single-celled organisms (trichomonads). The active ingredient clotrimazole contained in Candibene 100 mg vaginal tablets inhibits the growth of fungi or kills them. Clotrimazole acts on the mucous membrane surface, is quickly absorbed into the mucous membrane, and also works in the deeper mucous membrane layers.
