Truly Indian Ready Sauce for Vindaloo
Spicy seasoning sauce with ginger for Indian dishes.
Store dry at room temperature. After opening, store in a cool place.
Fry 300 g of sliced chicken in a pan, add sauce, cover and simmer for approx. 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with rice or Indian flatbread.
