Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. Intense, floral aroma with notes of wood, nuts, and sea salt.
On the palate, dry, mineral, and light, with the yeast note typical of biological aging.
Ideal accompaniment to ham, olives, and nuts. Due to its low acidity, it is also excellent for marinades, salads with vinaigrette, dressings, and sauces.
About the Winery
Bodegas Garvey, one of the oldest bodegas in the municipality of Jerez, was founded in 1780 by William Garvey, an Irish aristocrat from the county of Waterford. In a short time, he succeeded in making his Sherry one of the leading brands. The winery is located in the vicinity of Jerez. Only in recent years has the company been affiliated with the Josè de Soto group. The old wine barrels still bear witness to the company's long tradition, even though the other installations have been modernised.
