This roast profile was developed with the idea of representing the original historical Viennese coffee tradition.
The roast profile, which can only be achieved through traditional, slow drum roasting, takes up to 22 minutes with a weight loss of 19%. The coffee has a wholesome and harmonious cup, and through delicate fruit tones it is particularly characterized by its balanced balance and noble aromatic finish.

Naber – Organic Coffee – Sigismund
The origin of this single-varietal 100% Arabica coffee from organic, sustainable cultivation has been certified since 2002 by annual audits by “Austria BIO Garantie” with the number 4-01558.2011.
The “Oro verde” is grown in existing and natural forests in northern Peru at an altitude of 1,200 meters. The harvest is done exclusively by hand.
Due to the special shady location, the growth process of the plant is slowed down. The ripening of the cherry also takes place over a longer period of time.
This gives the bean a special intensity of flavor”. The high sugar development during the ripening of the cherry enables a unique natural sweetness with fine, fruity tones in the cup.
