Unlike classic D-Mannose products, Alpinamed D-Mannose tablets also contain biotin and acerola vitamin C. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Application
For short-term use for adults, the dosage is 2 tablets 3 times a day for about 5 days. For preventive long-term use, we recommend 2 tablets daily over a longer period of time.
Let the tablets dissolve in your mouth or swallow them with a little liquid. Ideally, the last dose should be taken in the evening after the last toilet visit
