About Jean Bâton
Jean Baton was founded by the Stok family men from the Netherlands. In 1950, Jan Stok, then 27 years old, traveled to America on a cruise ship and from there around the world. He worked as a chef on various ships and was responsible for the cold kitchen. Over time, he was christened "Jean Bâton" by his French colleagues.
Today, this name stands for mayonnaises and salad dressings that are characterized by high quality. After Jan's youngest son Bart took the initiative and developed the popular mayonnaises and salad dressings, his father's legacy is now being continued.
