Grape varieties: 100% Merlot
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness and undergo a state-of-the-art vinification at very low temperatures between 15 and 18°C. Finally, the wine is aged in a stainless steel tank in an atmosphere also at low temperature, in order to preserve the freshness of the wine.
Soil: The soils are very diverse: clay-limestone, sand, schist and gravelly.
