The best of both varieties - a mix of fruity, black Kalamon and spicy, green Konservolia olives. Our farmers cultivate the olive trees traditionally and harvest them largely by hand. The Naturland Öko + Fair certified MANI organic olives are naturally debitered and marinated in fine MANI olive oil with chili and herbs. All in raw food quality! A true delicacy pure as an appetizer, in salads and also in warm cuisine.
