The Brut Rosé by Ruinart is an assemblage from the Champagne region, which is made of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. About 20%-25% of the blend consist of reserve wines from the last two years.
The Ruinart Brut Rosé presents itself in a beautiful coral-red dress, which is adorned by a fine and persistent bead. In the nose alone, this champagne presents itself very finely nuanced, the overall impression is carried by fresh aromas of cherries and crisp red fruits, together with finer scents of roses and pomegranates.
On the palate, this rosé from the house of Ruinart is balanced, fruity and wonderfully fresh with great smoothness and equipped with decent drinking pleasure and an almost never-ending drinking flow feeling.
