This champagne practically screams "To life". Wonderful tension in the acidity and a bead that simply covers everything when there is something to celebrate. Green apple and pear are enveloped by a wonderful toasting in the nose. In terms of taste, its citrus notes are clearly recognisable, which provide a lot of pleasure and an invigorating feeling on the palate thanks to the grapefruit zest. Very invigorating and thus quickly leading to pouring a 2nd glass.
