Kitchin Ghee

Kitchin Ghee (Clarified Butter)

Ghee is a type of clarified butter that originated in ancient India. It is made by heating unsalted butter to separate the milk solids and water, leaving only the pure butterfat. Ghee is becoming increasingly popular as a healthy alternative to butter, as it is lactose-free, casein-free, and contains beneficial nutrients such as vitamins A, D, E, and K.

USES

Ghee has a high smoke point, making it ideal for cooking and frying at high temperatures without burning or creating harmful free radicals.

It can also be spread on toast and bread.
