What is Venoruton-Gel and what is it used for?
How does Venoruton-Gel work?
The active ingredient Oxerutin contained in Venoruton reduces the abnormally increased permeability of small blood vessels in venous disorders and simultaneously improves the flow properties of the blood. As an alcohol-free gel, Venoruton-Gel does not burn on the skin; it is skin-friendly, odourless, non-greasy and has a pain-relieving cooling effect.
What is Venoruton-Gel used for?
Venoruton Gel is used in adults for the local treatment of
- symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency, such as tissue swelling due to fluid retention in the legs, pain and heavy legs, also in connection with long flights [Note: Compression treatment (application of support stockings or bandages) is indicated as the first choice to reduce the risk of a leg vein occlusion by a blood clot (thrombosis)].
- pain after vein obliteration (sclerotherapy).
If you do not feel better or even worse, contact your doctor.
