Grüner Veltliner Natur 11.5% Vol.

Natural wine means that this wine was fermented with natural yeasts from the vineyard, contains little sulfur, and is bottled unfiltered. Some of it was fermented on the mash, as we otherwise only know from red wine. Low in alcohol and full of flavor! Ideal as an aperitif or with fermented vegetables and vegan dishes.

Strong women, strong wines - this motto is lived by mother Maria and daughter Anna at the Weingut Faber-Köchl. The organic winegrowers attach great importance to their connection to nature and the Weinviertel region. "A wine should taste like where it comes from," says Maria. The two deliberately do not emulate the great wine nations. Instead, they make Weinviertel wines that make you want a second glass.
