Natural wine means that this wine was fermented with natural yeasts from the vineyard, contains little sulfur, and is bottled unfiltered. Some of it was fermented on the mash, as we otherwise only know from red wine. Low in alcohol and full of flavor! Ideal as an aperitif or with fermented vegetables and vegan dishes.
