Traditional dairy farmers with passion
Daily, approximately 1100 farmers, from Großglockner to Gurktal, deliver fresh milk from which over 400 different quality products are produced. Together with us, they take responsibility for the region, the animals, and the people, while simultaneously promoting the rural cultural heritage and traditional alpine farming in the region.
Our dairy farmers are 100% owners of Kärntnermilch, but at the same time also our main suppliers and customers. Through sustainable land management, they guarantee biodiversity in our milk collection area and thus contribute to an ecologically sustainable cycle.
