They are harvested in the foothills of the Andes, using the most pristine water sources.
The cold nights, gentle wind and fertile soil provide the perfect environment for growing cherries.
Certainly unique in the southern hemisphere.
Our cherries are very sweet, of an intense red colour, crunchy and available in larger sizes.
Due to the counter-season, we can send THE BAYO directly to your home from Chile during the European winter.
