Vinification :
The grapes are harvested by hand when perfectly ripe. This Crémant is produced according to the traditional method, bottle fermentation. The long aging in the bottle on the riddling rack creates an incomparably delicate effervescence and gives the Crémant a special feeling of smoothness
Tasting note:
Colour: Light yellow with green reflections. Lively and fine effervescence.
Nose: Expressive with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple.
Palate: On the palate, delicate pearls and a delicate fruity freshness with notes of apricot are revealed.
