A pale yellow colour with green highlights with a lively sheen. A floral nose with notes of citrus, green apples and fresh butter then gives way to a fruity and creamy palate with flavours of pear and lemongrass.
The vineyard in the Loire Valley is the most extensive in France. It extends over more than 1000 km. As the name suggests, the 70.000 hectares on which Loire wines are produced are concentrated almost exclusively on the Loire and its tributaries. The vineyard, protected between the south of Brittany and the south-west, crosses the Massif Central, Auvergne, the centre and north of Poitou-Charentes, among others.
