Origin:
The winery is located east of Aix-en-Provence in the town of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, on the Cengle plateau, the first limestone stage of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Light, clear salmon colour with silver reflections.
Nose: The nose is intense, highlighted by aromas of citrus and grapefruit aromas, combined with a great minerality.
Palate: Straightforward and marked by freshness on the palate, this rosé wine offers a beautiful minerality thanks to the citrus fruit tone. The finish is soft and fresh.
Food pairing:
Ideal as a pre-dinner drink or with summer dishes: salads, ratatouille, tomatoes of Provence or grilled meat.
