The Biohof Bubenicek Meiberger is located in Zwerndorf, on the eastern edge of the fertile Marchfeld.
As a family business, we have been growing organic vegetables since 2002, both outdoors and in ecologically heated greenhouses. Our organic vegetables are not only available as fresh produce - with extended seasonality - but also in the form of pickled specialities: sweet and sour gherkins, mustard pickles, hot gherkins, chilli peppers, beetroot, celery and carrot salad, corn, colourful peppers, etc.
In particular, our sweet and sour gherkins (formerly Pepi's Gurkerl), pickled according to a Bohemian recipe from our Czech ancestors, are now known not only regionally, but also beyond the national borders.
