Pickled in a delicious vinegar infusion with fine herbs, this gherkin is one of the particularly popular toppings on bread, as an ingredient in sausage salad or in roulade - or simply as a snack between meals. The secret of KNAX lies, among other things, in the traditional family recipe, the gentle processing and the short transport routes. It only takes about a day for our KNAX cucumbers to reach the jars from the fields of our German contract farmers. That's what makes them so beautifully crunchy and aromatic.
