Who is Zum Dorfkrug? We are a family business from Neu Wulmstorf with an upscale restaurant, a modern production facility and a unique farm. All just a stone's throw away from each other. In our restaurant – the home of our Sylter Salatfrische – we offer our guests the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights, feel comfortable and enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. At our production site, about two kilometers away, we produce – also with the highest standards of quality, freshness and taste – in addition to our popular original Sylter Salatfrische many other fresh salad dressings and sauces as well as a wide range of classic desserts. And on our extensive farm, we take great care to ensure a good life for our special, some of which are endangered, breeds of animals. Here we not only produce milk, which goes into our puddings, but also special foods that can be found as specialties on the menu of our restaurant.
