Who actually is Zum Dorfkrug? We are a family business from Neu Wulmstorf with an upscale restaurant, a modern production facility and a unique country estate. All just a stone's throw away from each other. In our restaurant – the home of our Sylter Salatfrische – we offer our guests the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights, feel good and enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. At our production site, about two kilometres away, we produce – also with the highest standards of quality, freshness and taste – in addition to our popular original Sylter Salatfrische many other fresh salad dressings and sauces as well as a wide range of classic desserts. And on our extensive country estate, we take great care to ensure a good life for our special, some of which are endangered, animal breeds. Here we not only produce milk, which goes into our puddings, but also special foods that can be found as specialities on the menu of our restaurant.
