The wheat-free and gluten-free lye bread rolls are made from brown rice flour and are characterised by their fluffiness and the typical lye flavour.

Preparation recommendation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake the frozen bread rolls on a baking tray with baking paper on the middle shelf for 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
