.Vi. Power GmbH is a Viennese manufactory founded in 1992 by a bonnet chef.
We are producer of fresh cut fruits, fruit salads (also winter magic fruit salad) fresh juices, smoothies and shots
.The recipes are traditionally handed down. But this much is revealed: All handmade, all very fresh, completely without preservatives and only top quality fruits and vegetables.
Orange juice press, juicer & blender. Otherwise, it's busy hands, skilled at cutting pineapples, removing any hard bits, filleting oranges, beading grapes, peeling and slicing kiwis, melons and apples.
The fruits are all cut by hand, something that rarely happens anymore. Top quality fruit and vegetables are used, such as hand-cut apples. All the fruit is sourced from the wholesale green market in Vienna; they know their suppliers and their quality standards.
Pure nature.
Pure nature. The juices are freshly pressed and not pasteurised. This preserves all vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. (In comparison: If a juice is called "directly pressed", it is pasteurised and heated.)
