About the producer
Vi. Power GmbH is a Viennese manufacturer founded in 1992 by a chef.
We are a producer of fresh cut fruits, fruit salads (including winter magic fruit salad), fresh juices, smoothies and shots.
The recipes are traditionally handed down. But this much is revealed: Everything is handmade, everything is very fresh, completely without preservatives and only fruit and vegetables in top quality.
Orange juicer, juicer & mixer. Otherwise, it is diligent hands that skillfully cut pineapples, removing any hard spots, filleting oranges, pearling grapes, peeling and cutting kiwis, melons and apples.
The fruits are all cut by hand, which is rare nowadays. In addition, top quality fruit and vegetables are used, such as hand-picked apples. The fruit is purchased entirely from the wholesale market in Vienna, and the suppliers and the quality standards are known.
Pure nature. The juices are freshly squeezed. (In comparison: If a juice is labeled as "directly pressed", it is pasteurized and heated.)
Storage recommendation
Salad should always be stored in the refrigerator, ideally at 5° C and high humidity. The vegetable compartment is best suited for this.
