For over 30 years, Thomas Pfister has been involved in mushroom cultivation. What started as a hobby in the garage in school days developed into a profession and a vocation. The love of country life, healthy, regional and sustainably produced food is the basis of what he does. That is why his farm is bio-certified and his own hands are his most important tool.
