Austria's first craft cider: made from apples from old orchards, cold-hopped with the West Coast aroma hop varieties Centennial and Chinook. Exotic mango, pineapple and citrus notes on the nose - delicate, herbal bitterness on the finish. Little carbonic acid and discreet sweetness. Natural and naturally cloudy. Made in south-west Styria.

BlakStoc was founded in 2015 by four cider and craft beer enthusiasts in Vienna. The team's ambition is to produce craft cider that is very much in line with American and UK culture, where cider is playing an increasingly important role as an alternative to beer and as a seasonal accompaniment to food. The special thing about BlakStoc ciders is the addition of different hop varieties, which give them an extra kick in terms of flavour.
