It is generally well known that calcium and vitamin D are important for maintaining healthy bones. Vitamin D promotes the intestinal absorption of calcium from food into the body.

New scientific findings show, however, that another vitamin is essential for optimal calcium utilisation: Vitamin K2 contributes to the active incorporation of calcium into the bones by activating the protein osteocalcin.

Thus, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2 work together to make an important contribution to bone health.

Application

Take 1 tablet daily with some liquid. To chew, suck or swallow. Can be taken independently of meals. Regular supplementation over a longer period of time is recommended.
