Miil Edam in slices is a natural, full-fat, semi-ripened cheese, known for its full flavour.
About 10 litres of milk are used to make 1 kg of this excellent cheese, and the cheese matures in blocks of 100 kg. Miil Edam is made in the Czech Republic from milk that comes mainly from the Bohemian Forest.
