Pure mozzarella pleasure made from South Tyrolean organic hay milk TSG (traditional speciality guaranteed). The milk for this Brimi Organic Mozzarella Ball comes exclusively from South Tyrolean mountain farms, where the cows are kept in a species-appropriate manner and are fed exclusively GMO-free feed.
Brimi Organic Mozzarella can be enjoyed in numerous variations, in summer as well as in the cold winter months. With fresh olive oil and a pinch of salt, breaded and baked, with salad, pasta or tomatoes, in the Italian classic Melanzane alla Parmigiana or as the main ingredient in one of the world's most popular dishes, pizza.

Our fresh cheese specialities: guaranteed high quality and GMO-free.Our more than 1,100 South Tyrolean farmers maintain the long tradition of mountain farming and supply us with valuable mountain milk day after day. Maintaining this is our responsibility and encourages us to continuously strive for the highest quality.
