Milchhof Sterzing is located on the sunny side of the Alps. Following the Brenner Pass southwards, you arrive in the small Alpine town of Sterzing, with its just under 7,000 inhabitants. This is the home town of the dairy and the namesake for our products. The area north and south of the Brenner Pass offers the best conditions for our farmers, our animals, and thus for our raw material, milk.
The Ridnaun Valley, the Ratschings Valley, the Pflersch Valley, the Pfitsch Valley, the countless small hamlets and settlements in the mountain slopes around Sterzing, shape the landscape.
Did you know: Organic as a credo, hay milk out of conviction: The company sees a forward-looking consumer awareness in organic raw materials, as well as in the renunciation of silage. As a certified Bioland operation, Milchhof Sterzing works significantly beyond the minimum requirements of the EU organic seal.
