Semi-hard cheese made from regional cow's milk, matured for at least 4 weeks, rind coated with a herb and flower mixture, light yellow, smooth texture, full-flavoured with fine herbal notes. 50% fat in dry matter.

Heiderbeck GmbH can look back on 85 years of expertise and experience in international imports and marketing of chilled products.

A modern company emerged from the cheese wholesaler Sebastian Heider GmbH & Co. KG with a large stock of cheese and the specialist agency for Mediterranean cheese specialities Beck Käse vom Feinsten GmbH with exclusive representations of international fine cheese producers.

In 2004, the managing partner Mr. Peter Steding took over the shares of the Heider family in Sebastian Heider GmbH & Co. KG and bundled the business activities of Heider and Beck at the Puchheim site.

In 2008, Sebastian Heider GmbH & Co. KG and Beck Käse vom Feinsten GmbH merged to form Heiderbeck GmbH.

The positive business development and further expansion through company acquisitions made the Puchheim site too small. In 2015, Heiderbeck moved into its new headquarters with modern refrigeration technology and warehouse logistics on an area of 14,000 square metres in the Olching industrial estate. At the same time, the academy and the delicatessen outlet were built. The new construction of the headquarters gave the initial impetus for the current corporate design.

After the successful commissioning of the warehouse in Olching, the other warehouse locations in Cologne and Kaufbaueren were gradually closed.

In recent years, in addition to the active expansion of the own-brand and concept business, integrated Supply Chain 4.0 projects have increasingly been implemented with partners in the retail trade.
